Cottage License:
Anna’s Sweet Creations operates under the guidelines of the CT Dept. of Consumer Protection as a cottage-licensed bakery. This means that all the items we bake are not intended to be refrigerated, including certain kinds of frosting or fillings, such as cream cheese frosting on a carrot cake. We agree; it’s delicious, but it’s not something we can make for you.
